Hayley Holt
Owner/Director/Instructor
Mrs. Hayley Holt is the owner and director of Studio H Dance Company, and has been serving the Ardmore community since 2016. Mrs. Hayley oversees every aspect of the studio, from ensuring your dancer receives the best training from knowledgeable staff, all the way to the minute details behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly. Her love and support of each child that walks through her doors has cemented Studio H as a successful and thriving dance studio in Ardmore for 8 years, as well as earning her studio many awards over the years. Mrs. Hayley has created not only a fun environment for all dancers at SHDC, but also strives to instill a strong work ethic that helps them succeed outside of the studio.
Mrs. Hayley is from Madison, AL and currently resides in Athens, AL. Mrs. Hayley started dance at the age of two years old and continued dance for 15 years with local dance studios. She was a member of the Bob Jones High School Dance Team and also part of the Universal Dance Association All Star Team. Mrs. Hayley has trained from many popular dance icons such as Paula Abdul, Chris Judd and many others. Mrs. Hayley has performed in many recitals & competed in various dance competitions where she has received many awards all over the US. She is married to Brandon Holt and they have 2 sons Keaton & Madden
Chloe Holt
Mrs. Chloe has been dancing since she was two years old, and she has grown up as a competitive dancer. Throughout her competition years, she has won several scholarships, as well as getting to work with famous choreographers. Mrs. Chloe lived in Nashville as a professional dancer, and was in a hip-hop company based out of LA. She has trained with choreographers such as Jenelle Ginestra, Phil Wright, Teddy Forance, and many more of the industry's top choreographers and dancers. She has assisted choreographers and traveled with Hollywood Dance Jamz as well. Mrs. Chloe is married to Grant Holt, and they have two fur babies, Piper and Winnie. She is new mom. to Wrenlee Jo. Fun fact, she is also a hairstylist.
Tessa Jackson
Miss Tessa began dancing at the age of 3 and began competing in various dance competitions across the country when she was 7 years old. She has been trained in many styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hiphop, Lyrical and Contemporary. Miss Tessa continued competitive dance through high school and began teaching her senior year. She grew up training with choreographers of famous artists and from So You Think You Can Dance. She has also been awarded many regional and national scholarships at dance conventions and since becoming a teacher has been rewarded for choreographing competitive routines. This is her 2nd year at SHDC but has known Miss Hayley and Miss Chloe her whole life!
Sydney Ballew

Miss Sydney began dancing at the age of 5 and began competing in various dance competitions across the country when she was 7 years old. She has been trained in many styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hiphop, Lyrical and Contemporary. Miss Sydney continued competitive dance through high school and assisting throughout. She grew up training with choreographers of famous artists and from So You Think You Can Dance. She is a third grade teacher in Athens! This is her 2nd year at SHDC but has known Miss Hayley and Miss Chloe her whole life!

Katie Duncan
Katie Duncan is our Office Assistant Manager & Fundraising Co-Director, and this is her 6th season with Studio H. She has 4 little dancers, 3 of them being on the SHDC Company Team. She works for Elite Screenprinting and Embroidery during the day and SHDC in the evenings. Mrs. Katie loves working with all of our studio kids and parents, and she is excited for another fun filled year with you!
Aly Chandler
Mrs. Aly is our Office Manager. She is married to Adam Chandler, and they have three children, Alivia, Andrew, and Asher. Mrs. Aly is an extremely hard worker. She loves wood working and building. She is known as our "Prop Master" because she makes all of the company team's props you see onstage.
